Hot Weather Tip!

Take covers off hot water bottles and fill with cold tap water! Then put in freezer for approximately 20 minutes. Currently have my feet on one and hugging the second! Fab u lous!!!!😀

33° (92 F) in King's Lynn today – the temperature on the wards must have been far higher!
